I’ve always love Greek mythology and Hercules is my favorite Disney hero. However, if he chose to walk that path, he had to deal with Hades, the untouchable lord of the Underworld whose magnetism was as deadly as his reputation.īefore I start, I have to say this. That didn’t stop him from being drawn to the dangerously alluring but in distress Megaera. With his life turnaround, Hercules couldn’t afford to crave for things he couldn’t have. I want to break him into a thousand sharp pieces, to drag him down into the dark with the rest of us, but I can’t help appreciating the very thing I want to ruin. By the time I realize just how deep a game he’s playing, it may be too late… I can’t resist Meg’s touch-or stop from being drawn to Hades’s dark desires. The same fool who desires them both as much as I hate them. A single night with Meg and I’m willing to do anything to save her from Hades, the man holding her captive, victim to his every whim.Ī bargain with the devil himself seems a small price to pay in order for Meg to go free… Until I learn that she’s exactly where she wants to be.Īnd I’m the fool that walked right into their trap.
